I am a bass guitarist.

My passion is Classic Rock. I’ve been playing for a few years now, mainly in guitar ensemble groups in school and for music festivals in small towns like Dartmouth.

I can also play the piano. I don’t usually play it as much as I play the bass but I can certainly play more than a beginner.

As much as I love to play the bass, I want to develop some basic drum skills.

My musical experiences include playing at music festivals during school. Here I performed in a small class band, playing the bass guitar and at times the piano. I’ve also taken graded exams for the bass, receiving a merit for grade 1 and a pass for grade 2. 

The main person who has influenced me musically is the bass guitarist from the band ‘Red Hot Chili Peppers’, otherwise known as Flea. I find the way how he plays ,using the slap technique as if it is his second nature, so interesting. 

I want to be bale to perform on stage as part of a band for a living.
