Schedules

Here are the time slots for the live lounge performances of the level three course. However what is not shown are the performance times for the groups in the level two course. This is because this photo was taken after the level three group had written down who was when (they has first pick of times as the theatre was booked for the days that they weren’t in college)
Allocated roles.
Roles concerning the setup of the stage and event were spread equally amongst the course and thus have not much substance to write about it. However, we still had roles within our band/act. They were as follows:
Band leaders ( both me and Luke shared this position as we both made useful inputs towards this project) organised rehearsals- this often meant cooperating with other acts that shared band members- and regulate the decisions of the band, such as when they will be performing, stage directions, band name, etc…
Roles within the acts/bands would: help the idea evolve and be realised, turn up to allocated meetings and rehearsals, represent the theme/idea, have a general input, and to learn and improve the song.
